2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website (solynto.com) and communications with us.
This policy does not cover the SOLYNTO programmatic advertising platform. Data processing in connection with the platform is governed by separate agreements with our clients, including data processing agreements.
3. Information we process
Contact communications. If you email us — for example to request a campaign test — we process your email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and steps prior to entering into a contract.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) that is necessary to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website.
Cookies and tracking. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf — for example, hosting and email services — and only to the extent necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Our hosting provider may process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
Emails are retained as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, plus any period required by law. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
